I love my #39. I got her for xmas 2013.
Her hair is very easy to brush, and styling her hair is easy enough even though it is layered. Her hair doesn't fly-away as much as it looks messy/ruffled, because it comes out of the braid/bun/ponytail in little chunks and not just a few stray hairs. So she just looks like she has been playing outside, and the dolls are supposed to be tweens so that is what tweens do. And no matter how much her hair gets tangled, it is SUPER easy to brush it out. It's very smooth. And other than her hair, she is a beautiful doll! She is very realistic, and looks nice in almost everything you dress her in.
