Shimmer Doodle Outfit (2015)

I got this outfit for Christmas, and I have to say, I'm underwhelmed. Don't get me wrong, I like it, but it's not brilliant.
Here's aterrible picture of the outfit on Grace Thomas: 
I had a hard time trying to get my doll's hands through the sleeves! It could just be the fact my Grace needs to cut down on the macarons, but I also found the t-shirt to have quite a tight fit on her.
The pattern on the shirt is pretty mediocre, but I do like the actual sequins, they're a nice touch.
Next is the skirt. I like this piece, it is different to most other pieces of clothing in my collection.
It is pretty, but I also feel that it has a slightly cheap fabric for the underneath layer, as seen here.
The boots are my favourite piece in this set, I find them gorgeous! They don't, however, match the outfit in the slightest. They're very out of place and are a completely different shade of purple compared to the rest of the pink/grey theme.
Personally I too believe that this outfit is better as a mix & match one.
I give this set a B.
