Laura Isabella is right....this banjo has a lot of detail in it. I can see why AG made it the way they did, given real, live human size banjos, which are made of wood and metal, are very heavy. Despite that though, I can't give this set a high rating. I bought mine new from the Huntington Beach, CA Kohls. It has quality control issues.
First off, like Gabby's tap shoes, this banjo chips. Mine came with the plastic shiny part not fully attached right, and here is how it looks:
Second, the fret board on mine is splitting at the base, possibly because of the gap along the front:
And the strap so Tenney can wear hear banjo is horrid qualty. AG couldn't even finish the underside:
Mine also has loose bits of thread sticking out. I'll definitely be exchanging it for another one, the quality on this one is not up to par. It is cute, and it is an original accessory from AG, but the cost cutting is obvious. Grade: B- I would have paid a little more for a strap that is finished fully.
