GIRL: Dark Skin, Black Hair (2008- )

Our "Elizabell" arrived today. We ordered the day after she became available from AG, from the catalog. She is just adorable. Outfit is a sweet jumper with denim embroidered skirt and highlighted with floral ribbon. She has grey socks and red mary janes that close with velcro. She has blue unders that look like training pants. She has a deep, rich brown skintone that I love. My DD pointed out later that her skin is actually a bit lighter than the dark skinned bitty baby we have. It also feels a bit "rougher" but I appreciate that because I don't think it will be as likely to scuff. Her ringlet hair comes in 2 ponytails with a few ringlet curls around her face.

The back of her hair has shorter pieces in the center part for coverage. We did take down her hair (sorry, no pictures yet), and it is pretty nice and thick but for now at least does hold the shape of her ponies. And it does look like it will get frizzy relatively quickly, but I expected that. I'll try to post pics after maybe a month or so of play.
