I received my backordered space suit Thursday & finally had a change to open it & enjoy! It’s nicely made & with a 20% off coupon & $20 in rewards, it was well worth the price for me!
Yes, they could have made the switches & controls move/click, but I’m sure they would have been very fragile & been broken easily with little fingers.
Yes, they could have included sound and lights, but I’m sure this would have increased the price even more.
Overall I’m very pleased as there are lots of ways it can be worn! I’m looking forward to using it as a Halloween costume in the fall & a mannequin display in the space museum I hope to create!
Here are pics I snapped with Willow (FKA Z) wearing it! I noticed people on IG complaining they had to tilt the doll forward too much as the backpack was heavy. I adjusted her a bit, but don’t feel like she’s leaning too far forward, although her arms are not at her sides. Willow is not leaning on the door in the background, it was just there as a neutral backdrop.
Here she is with mini Saige in the Lottie astronaut suit I found on Amazon & mini Saige is holding the tiny astronaut souvenir doll from Luciana’s set.
I read some people are having a hard time getting everything back in the box in the correct order. So when I got my suit, I took pics as I took each piece out! Hope these help someone!
