So much has already been written about this dress! I just put it on my new BeForever Addy, and I think it looks absolutely lovely. The lightweight fabric is perfect for a summer day, and I love the pastel tones of the plaid. There is plenty of room with the BF Addy to fit a petticoat under the skirt ... in this picture she’s wearing the turkey red petticoat from her original undies set (I was surprised that the darker color didn’t show through, but see for yourself):
The dress itself has lots of cute features, like the ruffled sleeves, boat neck, and gathered bodice. I like it with the frilly pinafore, but when worn by itself it’s one of my most favorite Addy dresses!
The boots worked well on my BF Addy; I put them over her meet socks. The pink grosgrain ribbon is quite long - it measures about 23 inches on each side, but since both ends are cut on a diagonal, it’s about 24.5 inches long overall. It’s about 1.5 inches wide. Addy needs a long ribbon for all that hair!
