Bridesmaid Dress: $36.00
This was the only "fancy" dress in Blaire's debut collection, and I'm not at all a fan of the high-low hemline. That said, I can see how little girls might think it looks beautiful. The pale- blue color suits Blaire. You expect a slip underneath, what with the thin fabrics, but the hemline probably made that difficult. It's a sheer, flowered overdress with a blue satin underdress. Shiny shoes are pretty cute. This has the feel of a bunch of the little Truly Me outfits, but the price seems high ($36.00) for only a dress, some shiny flats, a headband and a necklace that looks like a craft project. Lots of little girls will probably love it, but it might be worth waiting for a $24 sale price. As for care -- the thin fabric and sequins will make it difficult to wash. I'd say this is not a keeper but will make many little girls happy when they receive it.
