Picked this out as one of my Christmas gifts this year. It was on sale for $5. It is nice fabric and is cute. However it fits poorly on PM dolls. Poor girl is squished in the straps. It does not tie. The neck and back straps are velcro. It is normal velcro, not no-snag. It is nice and long. The neck strap is too long to appropriately cover the doll's chest area. The mitt is nice, but does not want to go over long sleeves so I had to pull her sweater sleeve up. I would not buy this at full price unless your child would have a melt down if they did not have it. Petra will stick to using the Weekend Baking Outfit apron from 2002. I will have to see how it fits on a Mattel doll.
