Tea Lesson Gown

This is a very pretty, delicate dress. The dress is made from a material that resembles corded silk in a nice baby blue shade. The lace cuffs and apron are sheer and delicate. Unfortunately this dress is way too small to fit nicely on a PM AG or similarly fluffy friend. I do not have the cap or fichu.
