Kaya’s meet accessories were revised as part of the new historical release on October 2019. The product number is GDV77-AF1A, and the retail price is $30.
Here’s what the package looks like:

And here’s the website description, along with some thoughts about and pictures of each piece:
In Kaya’s day, the Nez Perce tribe moved from place to place as the seasons changed to hunt and gather food. Kaya can keep track of her precious things no matter where she is with this set that includes:
A patterned woven cornhusk bag with handles to carry personal belongings. This is made of pretty cheap-feeling, lightweight fabric and it has a printed design that’s the same on both sides. It measures 3 inches wide and 3.5 inches tall. Based on prior reviews, it looks unchanged from the earlier version. I do think it’s cute and it can hold several items, although I don’t think the handles are long enough to easily fit over Kaya’s shoulder; I assume she’d hold it instead. Grade: C+

A smaller woven pouch that attaches to Kaya’s belt to hold food or other mementos like her magpie feather. This also looks unchanged from earlier versions. It measures about 2 inches wide and 2 inches tall, and it’s made of the same cheap-feeling fabric with a colorful design printed on the front. There are loops on the back where Kaya’s belt can slide through, and the front closes with a flap. Two straps go up through a loop on the flap to secure it, but it is not easy to get those straps through the loop. I like the looks of this bag, but the frustration in closing it makes it more decorative than functional. Grade: C-
The back:

The front:

With the flap open:

A brightly colored faux-porcupine-quill necklace. This is cute and a nice touch for Kaya. It has three strands of plastic beads: green is the shortest, blue is the middle, and red is the longest, and each strand also has black and white accent beads. The clasp on the necklace works just by pushing or pulling the two ends apart, and although this might mean that it’s a bit less secure than the traditional clasp, I think this makes it much easier to use. Grade: A

A carved faux-bison horn cup with a faux-suede strap and hand-beaded fringe for decoration. Okay, so this looks pretty cheaply made with a plastic horn, faux suede strap, and decorative blue plastic beads on threads, but for some reason I really like this. I like the newness, I like that the horn is hollow so it can believably used for its purpose, and I just like how it connects Kaya to where she’s from. Grade: B

A bison-hunt illustration showing the migration route that Kaya’s tribe followed when they went hunting. This piece of paper shows a map with rivers, bison, Nez Perce, tepees, and other symbols on one side, and an explanation of how and why they traveled on the other side. It measures about 3.25 inches x 5.25 inches. The paper is yellowed, as if aged. I like this mainly because it connects Kaya to her story, but it wouldn’t actually have a purpose in play. Grade: B

Overall, I like the meet accessories revamp and the inclusion of new items. I don’t think I’d get them if I had the previous set, but they do make a nice addition to her collection. Overall grade: B
