I think this does the job really well for $16. It’s basically a circle skirt design with three tiers of tulle. The seams aren’t finished (except for the elastic at the top and the pink ribbon at the bottom) and it’s not fancy, but it’s very easy to put on and take off and the tulle is more than ample to make any dress poof out appropriately. The design: The edges are unfinished: Here’s a comparison to one of the mid 1800s crinolines (first marketed for Cécile and Marie-Grace, then later marketed for Addy). You can see how ME’s is shorter and gets full more quickly. One more look at all that tulle. Overall, I give this piece an A and highly recommend it for ME’s wardrobe, even at full price.
