Cécile Doll

My Cécile is a modern girl. I got her in 2012, when I was only 11, so I eventually did send her into the doll hospital for a new head. Her wig is my favorite of the "natural curl" wigs that AG makes. The pin-curls are just adorable, and can be accurate for modern-day Black girls as well. Her auburn highlights are beautiful. I do like that she has hazel eyes: sometimes it bothers me that AG tries to make their Black and Brown characters more "interesting" by giving them *typically* white features, but Cécile is the only dark-skinned doll with non-brown eyes to the best of my knowledge, so I'm not too bothered at all.
