I absolutely love my Jess! She's been a longtime favorite around here!
Her hair color is one of my favorites that AG has ever made. The reddish tint is extremely unique and really makes her stand out among my other dark-haired dolls. And that part! The zigzag part is so perfectly mid-00s! My Jess's hair is still pretty full and soft, though when it's down it still falls into waves more than a decade later.
I will say I did buy a second Jess to customize, and her wig is a little dry and thin, however, since it's been so long since she was released, I'm not sure whether that's natural variation, or if the second Jess was very well-loved.
