I don't buy many TM outfits, but I had to have this one because I went to Amsterdam in 2017, and the graphic on the shirt looks like Amsterdam.

The skirt is really tiny. I had to stretch it all the way to get it on Isabelle, so I don't even want to try to get it onto older dolls. In reality, it's small enough for a Wellie Wisher!
