And so I did it. Ordered one of these Street Chic dolls. Full disclosure, I only did so for her head. Was going to rewig as Elizabeth.
She arrived, and as one can see, she is gorgeous, perfect. One of the best wigs I’ve seen in a long time, except…well, the color. I really did not want a blue wigged. Which I now have.
The blue eyed dolls I’ve seen lately have no longer differentiated dark or regular blue. She is somewhere in between, I agree as was a dark blue eyed CYO I recently examined and some other dolls. Another phase AG is fingering. I think her eyes skew more towards the dark
blue.
I wish mine had more wisps of loose hsir on the sides. Hers are very very wispy. I may give them a bit of sn arc. I haven’t been able to bring myself to take her hsir out of that French braid that so suits her. I’m just I’ll have to get used to all of that blue. I think I want to give the ends of her hair a bit of an under turn curl when I do. I may try Elizabeth’s wig or others that I have on her but right now I’m keeping her as she is. She’s just too perfect.
I’m a bit picky about clothes for her snd feel a lot of the styles and colors don’t bring out that edginess that she has. I think AG wanted that in this line and I wish they’d followed it up with a wardrobe. I don’t like a lot of the AG outfits available now for her. I’m picking through my stash I want to play up that magnificent blue hair and. eyes. Some of the Courtney pieces(that I despised) may work for her particularly with Blue’s unique meet outfit that so suits this doll
I give her the highest 10 out of 10, A+. I’m not taking off for those wisps.
