Computer Set (2006-2008)

I kept waiting for a new computer set to be released. But ultimately I bought it on sale for $16, and I think that's a reasonable price.
I bought it because I think the colors and style looks great with Mia's bedroom furniture, which I recently purchased.
It's a mixed bag:
Computer monitor: B+
I would have liked this better if the monitor resolution and contrast would have been better, but it's fine for the price.
I've had some fun with the games, especially with Slide Puzzle, but it times out of the puzzle I'm working on if I divert my attention for even a few minutes.
Keyboard: A+
Incredibly detailed and fully-functional. I'm really impressed with this, especially at such a small scale. Looks great, and easy to use.
Mouse: A
The mouse doesn't do anything, but it connects to the back of the keyboard with a tiny plug, and it looks cute in my doll's hand.
CPU tower and CDs: D
All I can say is, WTH? This tower is a bizarre shape not found in the known universe of computing. I would have liked this to be more realistic looking, a lot more. The CDs are flimsy grey discs. You push one in the tower and it sits there until you push the eject button, then it pops out. Ugly, with virtually no play value.
Overall I'd give it an A-. I use the monitor, keyboard and mouse, and they work well and look good. The tower and CDs stay in the box, but if you happen to like the tower its color also matches Mia's bedroom trim.
