These blue woven shorts have plenty of preppy pleats and turned up cuffs and they’re just right to layer with leggings or tights. They’re easy to fasten with a hook and loop closure.

These shorts are a pretty bright blue color. The front pockets are fully functional. There are 2 belt loops on the front, but no loops or pockets on the back. The rolled cuffs have a few stitches holding them up on the outer seam, but the inner seam is actual built into the shorts construction so that one would take a bit more reconstruction if you wanted to let them down.
