While I loved the outfit in Felicity’s book, it always looked like it clashed with laser eyed Felicitys. To me, it looks perfect on BF Felicity. I love the material, it is light but sturdy and shines like silk. It is a stunning shade of blue. I am not a fan of the shoes, I do prefer her meet shoes like the cover of Felicity’s Surprise as they (or her brocade slippers) would probably be much more accurate for a 9 year old girl but they were trying to sell pretty gowns to little girls so I will forgive that.
