It comes with her stable. IIRC, Saige had a hat and helmet set sold separately. Not in one big set.

Oh, I see! I am thinking farther back to the olde Equestrian Outfits, where they had a riding helmet. I guess this set could also be used for just any doll for a western vibe, not necessarily for just riding.
