We got this set today in a lot from ebay. It is all plastic, but the chairs are a lot sturdier than I thought they would be. It took me a few minutes to figure out how to get the seat bottoms in so they didn't come out, but they have held up so far. The table seems a little rickety (the top moves at the slightest touch). This set takes up a lot of space when the umbrella is installed (we have been using it without the umbrella).
I got an awesome deal on this, but I don't think it would be worth the original $70 price tag.
Overall all I give this a grade B.
ETA - Measurements
The umbrella is about 2 feet in diameter and is about 26.5" tall. The table is 10" high and 14" across.
The chairs are 12" high, 7" across and 7" deep.
