As a Cinderella doll I think she is perfect. They really nailed the look.

It’s funny you say the uneven eyes give more character because I was thinking that mines straight eyes was possibly what was giving her a rigid look. I won’t be so picky with the eyes when I pick out my second one, this one was warehouse picked.

I looked again at your photos SarahK before coming to comment. Your Cinderella is really lovely. @Jamirae 's evaluation is exactly what my friend and I have now concluded as well. She looks like a doll from a different generation with the very pale skin rather than a AG and that's what throws your initial perception off when looking at her, but in her own right she is a beautiful doll and perfect representation of Cinderella. I'd love to see her in the pink dress if you have time to post a photo in that thread with your sweet scene.
