This dress is absolutely beautiful. I don't know the date mine was made since I bought it secondhand, but it is the version that still has the beadwork but not the straight shoulders.
This outfit is a must for Kaya. The colors are so striking, and it compliments her very well. The fabric is soft and easy to handle, unlike her Trading Outfit. The beads and shells are also a very good quality, I would strongly recommend getting this version.
My only negative is that I agree that the belt is too tight. I was able to close mine but only at the end, which leaves Velcro visible in the back. But even with that, I would still give this version of the outfit an A+.
