Meet Outfit I (aka Rose Garden Gown) (RETIRED)

Felicity's original Rose Garden Gown has a nice dark floral print and attached ruffles. It really needs her stays underneath to fit properly. The velcro is a little too soft and skinny to stay closed. The dress is kind of baggy and looks better with her stays underneath to give her the proper look, though she doesn't like her stays so she doesn't wear them often.
