This is a great, really durable outfit!
We bought it in 2001 for my daughter who was turning one. We still use it all the time.
The fabric for the overalls is almost like denim and has kept its' bright color after being cold-water washed a couple times.
I'm not a huge fan of pink but this was reasonable.
I personally like the nesting penguin dolls a lot. (More than my kids, I think!
) That's probably why we still have them.
The only negative about this set is that the book, which has pull-outs, eventually succumbed to being pulled out one too many times.
Overall, a nice, sturdy set that works well in many play situations.
I give it a B plus/A minus.
