Typewriter Set (retired)

hmmm...I don't know if I should give up & have a typewriter that doesn't ding or ask them to send one that does. To answer Goo's question: Kit's typewriter looks great & is nice & heavy. Each key doesn't depress but each row does. It makes a nice clacking sound. Only one letter arm actually moves to strike the paper but I don't think it would have been possible to make one with all the letters working. There is also a bar piece that holds the paper down. I like it a lot but I really hoped for a ding.
