I just got my Sam in August for my birthday, and I rather like this outfit. The material is nice and lightweight, so it was more summer friendly than some of her other dresses. The colors in the dress are nice... I think they look fab on her coloration. The tights are really nice too. And I adore the bloomers. 
The shoes are alright... I don't mind the way they look so much, and they are really versatile.
I give the outfit an A.
