The Bad: I think it looks funny without the collar. Doesn't really match her meet shoes very well.
Samantha's White Party Slippers were originally meant to wear with her Tea Dress. From the 1993 Christmas catalogue:
"Samantha's shiny white patent slippers are trimmed with bows that match her tea dress. How pretty!"
