Hair Clips & Case

I ordered Mia's Hair Clips & Case and the first one I got had a cracked handle, it looked like maybe the cardboard had slipped out and the handle had been smashed against the side of the box. So I called CS and asked for a replacement, it arrived the other day and when I opened it, it had the same issue. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and should I just settle for what I have or should I try to get yet another replacement?
