I purchased the revised #13 from AG in November 2008. She is just like the retired one, only she has thinner bangs - even thinner than some pictures show. Her hair was very static, especially her bangs. I almost sent her back because of that, but ultimately decided not to. Other than this, she is a very cute doll.
Her face is rounder than the retired #13, and her hair seems a little silkier, but not by much. Her hair is not quite as thick, but there seems to be just as much of it (it's just that the layered parts aren't as thick).
Overall grade: B+ (because of the static hair)
