Ruthie's meet outfit is made from a slightly stretchy fabric. It's a little thin but I think it's pretty and a simple dress from that era. The buttons on front are fake - it closes in back with velcro. It comes with a purple grosgrain ribbon to tie in her hair. The dress will fit some bigger PM or Goetz girls but possibly not mid-90s girls. The stockings are blue, shorter versions of Sam's stockings from her shoes and stockings set. The shoes are the best part of the whole outfit. They're soft and they have faux buckles (close with velcro) and fit over PM feet easily enough. They have little heels on the bottom which make for easier standing.
Susanna really likes the way this dress goes with her purple knee socks.
