The Sweet Treats Bakery Case is really fun to play with. We love it! We also use it as a fabric display case when playing with Addy. You can store bolts of fabric, jars of buttons, etc, in the case, and use the top as a cutting or ironing surface. I loved the book idea. My granddaughter is big on playing "store", so besides just bakery, restaurant, and/or fabric store, now we will add book store to the fun.
The heart cookies that come stuck onto the cookie sheet fit perfectly inside Kit's oven. Sometimes we put Addy's cherry pie in the covered cake stand; it looks great! I ditched the bright striped runners and doilies that came with the case, and instead use vintage crochet pieces for that "historic" look I crave. I am thinking about repainting the cupcakes and donuts with more realistic colors, but haven't done it yet.
This piece is so versatile and cute, you won't regret the purchase, I promise!
