Julie’s Bed & Bedding
Item# F6332
$118 (price increase to $125)
Moving into Mom’s new apartment also means a whole new ’70s bed set for Julie. Julie loves sleeping and dreaming in her new “far-out” bed, featuring:
* A wooden, four-poster bed with a scalloped canopy and cascading beads at each corner
* A tufted mattress and pillow covered in matching printed fabric
* A reversible bedspread with a fun pop-art graphic on one side and stripes on the other
* An orange satin throw pillow with gold tassels
Bed dimensions - W:13" x H: 22" x D: 23
I don't know where the OP thinks her bed is not wooden, because it certainly is. It's even in the description on AG on-line. Totally wooden. The only plastic parts are the hooks for the beads and the beads themselves.
The bedding is a mattress and pillow with attached covering that makes it look as if it already has sheets on it. The fabric reversible bedspread is cut to fit on Julie's bed only (with the corners notched out so it fits around her canopy poles.) The small decorative pillow is orange satin and just like Licorice's Dream Set pillow with a different color scheme.
The canopy is velvety and fits just right over the bed top. It fits well enough that it should stay, even though it doesn't hook down in anyway.
This may take up the most space of any AG bed, but it's definitely the roomiest! Grade A+

ETA: if you want extra beads you can order those (along with an extra canopy) F6333-A02A $24
In reference to how the beads are attached: The beads come in sets of 6 that are already attached to a plastic bar that snaps into a plastic holder that is pre-attached to the top of the bed. Again, those are the only plastic parts to this great bed.
