Just received this outfit from the sale and I give it a D.
The jeans barely were able to go on Ruthie and they don't fasten at the fly. Then, on top of that they're too tight for her to sit in. The top looks cheap and weird on her as well. The placement of the sleeves is off and it makes her look tripled jointed.
The only nice thing about the set are the shoes....they're cute, but not worth $20.00. I'll be sending this outfit back today.
