Hula Costume (Halloween Hula Costume) (retired)

My daughter's PM Hula set was purchased 18 years ago and I give it only a "B". It was stored indoors in the a/c and the paper parts of it have faded tremendously. What was once yellow is now a horrid brown color. The hula skirt itself is bunched and wrinkled and is pretty much unuseable. The black mask is cute, but you could easily make one. The only very nice part of the outfit is the red sweater. My daughter got lots of play value from the sweater, mixing and matching it with jeans and skirts I sewed for her and it's held up with LOTS of play. The bag is cute and we still have it, but it's not really unique or sturdy either. I wouldn't buy it on the secondary market as the newer version seems to be better.
