Birthday Outfit (Birthday Dress & Headband) (retired)

I got this dress for my 21, who is going to be from the 1930s. It is one of my all-time favorite dresses. It was pretty loose on her, so I took off the snap that fastens the belt and sewed it back on about a fourth of an inch over, and that made it look much better. It only took a few minutes, and it was a big improvement.
