Pleasant Co tagged 1997 shawl is on the right, Mattel version from le Outlet sale earlier this year on the left. Mattel version is slightly smaller and has shorter frindge. There is no difference in the appliqued flowers. I purchased the Pleasant Co shawl used, but with the frindge still attached at the bottom with a single strand of thread that was designed to be pulled out, releasing the strands. The biggest difference between the 2 pieces is the weight. The Pleasant Co shawl is MUCH heavier.
