Love this very classic outfit! Mine came without the headband but actually I don't miss it.
The jumper fabric feels nice and 'substantial', the shirt is nice and soft. My dolls are like me, I suspect, and don't like things flapping around their wrists, so having the cuffs not quite reach doesn't bother them or me, sleeves are usually pushed up to just below the elbow anyway.
The ribbed tights would definitely keep out the chill!
I think the boots are great, solid but not too 'clumpy'.
