First Impression: Darling, but black already looks faded...not a rich black.
For Bitty: Oh, my! These leggings are a pain! I had a hard time with them, can't imagine a child trying to do these. The shoes are hard to get on as well, not a fan of the knit shoes.The hat doesn't seem to want to sit right.... and yet, once on it is charming.
Grade: B
For Big Girls: top of sweater is a bit wide, leggings go on much easier.
Probably a bit too young for a 9 year old.
Grade: B-
In conclusion: Probably more appealing to little ones, but they will need help with it.
