First Impression: Paper crown? Why bother.
For Bitty: Love the cupcake! Paper crown aside, this outfit is very nice and something you would buy for baby's first birthday.

For Big Girl: I thought this was going to look way too young, but I actually thought it looked good. Good fit.

In Conclusion: The cardigan is the star of this outfit, fits Bitty and Big girls well. Lots of mix and match potential
