First Impression: Love the shoes!
For Bitty: This is a classic look, almost Chanel for babies. That Satin on the top doesn't quite go, and watch out for the high snag potential. The hat and the shoes make the outfit.
Grade: B
For Big Girls: This is actually more age appropriate for the big girls, Fits well.
Grade: B+
In Conclusion: I don't know if I would pay full price for this, but I got it jst above retail price and I was quite pleased.
