Chrissa Doll & Meet Outfit

My daughter got a Chrissa doll yesterday for her birthday. My aunt gave it to her. She had purchased it back in May when we got the free ship code.
My daughter loves her and sees no problem with her eyes but it is so obvious that her right eye is pointing to the right instead of straight forward. She is still pretty but she looks like she has a lazy eye.
I did call CS and I am sure they will send me another doll once I can get a hold of my aunt's billing information I just did not have it with me today.
