Lacy Pinafore & Rosebud Circlet (RETIRED)

I have the Birthday dress, and yes the big plus is its accuracy to the illustrations. It's also plain looking without the pinafore, as others have said. As for the circlet, it is my fave part of the ensemble. But I was able to adjust the headband, are the newer ones unable to do this? Or do I need to ask my mother if we took out a stitch or two? LOL
