Your Girl of Today can tote her sleeping bag along to slumber parties where everyone will be buzzing about the logo on the front that glows in the dark! Or unzip the bag all the way around for two fluffy comforters that are just the right size for her bunk beds.
This sleep sack is nice and thick material. It's lined with flannel on the inside, and the print of the flannel says "perfect pals, best buds, faithful friends, American girls" and has envelopes on it. It also has a pocket on the front, maybe for a book or for her glasses. The outline of the logo girl on the pocket glows in the dark. I was surprised that it still glowed after so long, but it worked fine.
It's a bit of an awkward size because it's sort of wide (hence sleepsack, I suppose) and the doll's head sticks out a bit.
It unzips all the way around to form two blankets, and the zipper works very well. The blankets are meant to go on the yellow bunk beds, which I don't have. In this picture the bottom part is shown lining up and the top part is outside-up.
It has elastic bands on it to hold it in a roll. Mine are a little stretched out, I think, but not too bad. To see the size of it rolled up I put it next to a well-known item--an AG hairbrush.
Overall an A-, would get an A+ if the size were less awkward. If I had the bunk beds, though, I'd give it an A+, because it would be of more use. It's very sturdy, though, and a nice piece. Recommended, if you have the opportunity for one of a good price.
