I considered this to be one of those necessary evil items to buy, because, let's face it, Kirsten's "Meet" booties are just atrocious.
The new boots do not have eyelets, which I am told is a historic detail? They're easy to get on and off, but more importantly, Kirsten looks better in them than in those awful brown booties!
The socks are the same ones you get with Kirsten's Meet, Birthday, and Flannel Undies. I don't think they're anything special, per se, but the fun thing about them is that you can use them to share with another AG doll, which is what I use them for.
