Fancy Flower Outfit + Book (2009-2010)

I do love this outfit. It has incredible detailing and provides a sophisticated look that certain 10 year olds of my acquaintance crave.



I've not had any problems with fit in terms of getting things on the doll, but I will say that the shrug is not cut very generously and in fact makes the doll's arms stick out at her sides. It's kind of like Ralphie's snowsuit in A Christmas Story...but I'm pretty sure that was an unintentional homage on AG's part.

A- for odd shruggy fit (as can be seen below; I didn't pose her arms that way).



ETA: I also think this outfit, for the price, could have done with a simple choker necklace to finish it off.
