Birthday Outfit (Birthday Dress & Headband) (retired)

I do like this dress a lot, but I will agree with everyone else that the snaps are annoyingly difficult to fasten and unfasten. Other than that it's an adorable outfit.





Overall I give this outfit a solid B! If it wasn't for the difficult snaps, it would have received an A+.
