I agree with the above posts, I would have appreciated this much more if it had been made of wood. It's a cute display piece though, and I like it for that reason.
Our scooter was purchased in the summer of 2009, and it came with rope handles, I was unaware that they had been switched to plastic - so I guess I got lucky.
I also think that you can't have Grace with out the scooter, or have the scooter with out Grace.
Overall, I give the scooter a B!
