This outfit belongs to a friend of mine, and modeling it is Laura, her Samantha.
This outfit is cute on Bitties, but it looks just as nice on the 18 inch girls.
I love the way the blouse looks. The color and detailing on it is very nice. I feel that the hat is a very nice addition to the outfit. The pants definitely look better on Bitties, but they look decent enough as capris on the bigger girls.
