I really love this dress- the pastel colors are pretty and very springy. The little flower at the waste is a nice addition.
My only complaint with the dress is that the straps are too long, causing the dress to come down too low and expose a lot more of the cloth body than need be. I usually just tie the straps.
The shoes are unique, but for young girls, they can be tricky to get on without the doll stepping on the heel.
I would give this dress an A-, due to the straps.
