I honestly think that is what the stool is *meant* to be: a stage prop. Not a functional stool. Most singers don't sit on stools (and for good reason, as it would affect their breathing) but they are used in staging, even for the pop stars of the target market age kids. AG didn't make the intent clear....and clearly $42 is awfully pricey for a prop!
